In this stage of our process, through monthly consulting meetings CLM Advisors educate our clients on how to improve their fiscal management, accounting systems and processes, operations, tax planning and strategies, financing, and other aspects of their business that may affect their bottom line. By meeting monthly, CLM Advisors keeps the client’s ownership team engaged and able to respond to changing conditions. In this stage CLM Advisors begins to repeatedly perform a pre-discovery (or re-discovery) allowing us to retain data and information in order to assist our clients in making sound fiscal decisions. Since our approach is proactive, we are able to have a condensed response time to correct or change a condition which in turn reduces the cost of inaction, and increases profit & sales.
From time to time CLM Advisors and Client may mutually agree on a Project that is outside the scope of our regular Advisory services. A Project might be short-term or long-term. If we find we need outside expertise to assist with the Project, CLM Advisors will help you find the outside expert and lead the implementation process.
