1. Pre-Discovery

We provide free initial inquiries and in-person meetings to better grasp your business model and the challenges you’re encountering. During this phase, we actively engage with you, asking pertinent questions and attentively listening to your needs. The ultimate objective of this no-cost consultation is to assess whether our approach and services align with the value your company seeks. If we collectively agree that it’s a match, the next step involves formalizing our partnership as your monthly Fiscal Management Consultants.

2. Monthly Advisory Engagement

In this phase of our process, CLM Advisors conduct monthly consulting meetings to empower our clients with knowledge on enhancing their fiscal management, optimizing accounting systems and processes, streamlining operations, implementing tax planning and strategies, securing financing, and addressing other critical aspects of their business that can impact their financial performance. Our regular monthly meetings ensure that the client’s leadership team remains actively engaged and prepared to adapt to evolving circumstances.

During this stage, CLM Advisors also initiate a recurring pre-discovery (or re-discovery) process, enabling us to accumulate and retain essential data and information. This information serves as a foundation for assisting our clients in making well-informed fiscal decisions. Given our proactive approach, we are well-equipped to respond promptly to rectify or adapt to changing conditions. This responsiveness reduces the costs associated with inaction and leads to increased profitability and sales.

3. Outside of Scope Projects

Occasionally, CLM Advisors and our clients may jointly decide to embark on a Project that falls beyond the scope of our standard Advisory services. These Projects can vary in duration, ranging from short-term to long-term endeavors. Should the need arise for specialized expertise to support the Project, CLM Advisors will actively assist in identifying an external expert and overseeing the implementation process.
